* Credit Card Payments: We accept Visa,
Mastercard, American Express, & Discover Cards. Please have card in hand when ordering by phone. If ordering by Fax or Mail You must include the following information: Your name, exactly as it is spelled on the card, Account #, Expiration date, Bank name the card is drawn on, 1-800 number on the back of the card, The billing address of the credit card (including Zip Code), your home phone number,
and signature required on the order form.
* Payment: You can also pay by personal check, cashiers check, or money order, payable in US funds only. Please allow 7-10 business days when paying by check, for funds to clear the bank. Make checks payable to DeMatteo
Productions. We also accept cash when visiting our Superstore. When ordering from outside the USA please call 1-614-351-5007. Please have English speaking interpreter call for you if you do not speak English.
* Sales Tax: There is no sales tax except for Ohio residents. Ohio Residents add 5.75% to order for sales tax.
* Price Changes: Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice, However if there is a price increase on any product in your order we will contact you for approval before shipping your order.
* Damaged Shipments: When you receive your order, inspect all packages
thoroughly before accepting delivery. If there are signs of shipping damage, Do-Not accept the shipment. Much care is taken by our shipping department to pack boxes as well as possible. But every now and then damage happens during shipping. Just refuse the shipment and call us immediately at 1-614-351-5007 for prompt attention. * Returns-(Important): If you must return an item for any reason, the return must include a copy of the sales invoice and a letter of explanation for the return. Returns must be shipped back to us within 3-business days of receipt of merchandise, and must be in perfect original condition with all manuals, literature, etc.... Please call us at 1-614-351-5007 for a Return Authorization Number. Returns without RA Numbers will be refused. Any returns not in original condition or missing anything at all will be charged accordingly, or a 15-30% Restocking Fee may be applied. No Returns on Guitars, Microphones, Reeds, Harmonicas, Computer Software, Books, Videos, Etc.............

After purchasing a product from us, you are covered for up to 45-Days from the date of the sale with our Price Protection. If you see the product on sale for less anywhere, even one of our
ads, we will refund the difference back to you. If you paid by cash or check a refund check will be mailed to you within 2 weeks of receipt of competitors add or catalog. If you paid by credit card we can only charge the difference back to the original credit card number that the purchase was paid for on. Note: To receive Price Protection, you must send or present to us the
ad or publication from an authorized manufacturers dealer on New in the box equipment within 45 days of the original purchase.
